Breast milk is the ideal food for an infant.
It is important to understand that breast milk contains proteins, fatty acids, essential fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants – in fact, everything that is needed for tissue repair and growth.
Nevertheless, in a woman’s life there are sometimes reasons preventing this special exchange, either because the mother is unable to breastfeed, or because she does not want to.
There are obviously perfectly adapted solutions to help the baby's development. There is an infant milk, for the first six months after birth. Then there is follow-on milk for babies aged 6 to 12 months.
These different types of formula all have the natural and biochemical qualities needed for the baby to grow and develop. The protein composition of these types of baby formula is fully compliant with very strict regulations. These proteins accurately reproduce the great complexity of breast milk. The lipids in this formula, rich in essential fatty acids, help the development of the baby's neurones and immune functions. The same goes for carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
The Nactalia range provides everything regulations request for infant needs
